       The  Gagarins’ family-run creamery is
       a  facility  for  handcraft  production  of
       cheese and dairy products, “Za Steklom”
       (Behind the Glass). The production area
       and the shop are divided by a glass wall
       through which any  visitor can watch
       the production process.  All the prod-
       ucts  of  the  enterprise  are  produced
       from fresh, natural milk supplied by the
       farm  households  of  the  Rodnikovsky
       and Lezhnevsky districts. The enterprise
       has been on the market for three years.
       The creamery’s product range includes
       around 30 brands of cheese, from soft
       to matured semisolid and solid grades,
       with a maturity period of up to 9 months,
       as well as cottage cheese and butter.
       We process 700 liters of milk per day.
       The enterprise produces soft, semisol-
       id and solid cheeses with a maturation
       period from 5 to 9 months, as well as
       cottage cheese and butter. We cooper-
       ate with travel agencies under gastro-
       nomic, industrial, agricultural and tour-
       istic programs.
       The company’s staff is 5 employees.
