OOO Syrnaya Dolina (the Valley of
Cheeses Limited Liability Company)
was founded in 2018. This is a producer
of fermented milk products and various
types of cheeses. The Company oper-
ates under the trademark RIAT.
At present, the milk processing depart-
ment’s capacity is up to 10 tons per
day. The product line includes milk of
various fat content, baked milk, baked
yogurt, yoghurt, soft, young, semi-hard
and ripe cheeses, mozzarella, ricotta,
burrata, curds, sour cream and butter.
The products are manufactured from
the locally produced high-quality milk
without using milk fat substitutes, sta-
bilizers, preservatives, and dyes. Raw
milk is delivered daily to the produc-
tion division in Ivanovo. Natural fer-
ments are used for cheese production.
The enterprise is equipped with mod-
ern Italian- and domestically built ma-
chinery that ensures a steadily high
quality of products distributed all over
the Ivanovo region.
