Today we would like to tell you about how
we came to our “sausage business”.
It all started with the fact that we were no
longer pleased with the sausages sold in
stores. And if you read the list of ingredi-
ents, you can see that there is practically no
meat in it. Then we decided to try making
sausage ourselves. Everybody liked natural,
homemade and safe sausages so much that
we decided to go on and feed our Ivanovo
region with sausages.
The farming household «Derevenskaya
Kolbaska» (Village Sausage) carries on
business since 2020. We prepare natural
sausages and meat delicacies using old
Russian and foreign recipes. Our goal is
to bring to the buyer a 100% high-quality
and natural product, using modern equip-
ment and high quality raw materials. We
process meet grown only by local farmers.
We work side by side with many farms. The
main focus areas of our farming household
today are: boiled and smoked sausages,
meat products and delicacies, stewed meat.
During the process of cooking we use only
fresh farm meat and natural spices, without
chemicals, flavor enhancers or colors. The
main points of sale are specialty markets,
greenmarkets, social media, small private
stores in the Ivanovo region.
