family-run “Eсoproduсt” creamery,

the town of Rodniki

“Eсoproduсt” family-run creamery enter-
prise was created in 2019 in the town of
Rodniki, Ivanovo region.
It specializes in the production of solid
cheeses based on Italian, French, and Dutch
technologies using cow and goat milk, with
maturation time no less than 5 months.
Only high-quality organic milk supplied by
the local farmers is used for the production
of hand-crafted cheese.
In 2021, a grant of “Agro start-up” was used
to build an underground storage facili-
ty for maturing cheeses without resorting
to electric power, in which procedure the
humidity and temperature parameters are
monitored automatically.
The family-run enterprise is steadily im-
proving the end product’s quality. It has
developed proprietary recipes and technol-
ogies.
The certified products are sold on the terri-
tory of the Ivanovo region.
The efforts to reduce the end product’s
production cost have made the price of
hand-crafted cheese competitive in its
class. All the processes are carried out by
two people.
“Eсoproduct” family-run creamery actively
participates in regional fairs and festivals.
The products called “Hand-Crafted Cheese
from Rodniki” are much in demand by the
buyers.
