Niva Farm Household

The farm was established in 1996. It
specializes in plant cultivation (grow-
ing high-reproduction seed potatoes of
such varieties as Red Scarlett, Udacha,
Skarb, Colombo, Gala, Evolution, food
potatoes) and livestock breeding (Ro-
manov sheep). The farm household also
produces elite seeds of potatoes and
vegetables. Warehouses are equipped
with modern automatic microclimate
control systems using Dutch technol-
ogy.

Production capacities:
• Plant cultivation – 210 hectares for
potato cultivation.
• Livestock breeding – 842 sheep. The
farm is known as a breeding reproduc-
er for preservation and breeding of
elite Romanov sheep.
