Maidakovsky Plant, LLC

Maidakovsky plant is one of Russia’s oldest met-
allurgical enterprises engaged in iron casting.
Established in 1873, this is a production com-
plex equipped with modern machinery for cast-
ing with a measured accuracy from grey pig iron
LLC
(state standard GOST 1412-85) and high strength LLC
pig iron of ВЧ-50 – ВЧ-80 grades (state standard
7293-85):
• Disamatic moulding line for casting in sand and
clay moulds;
• workshop for casting in cold hardening moulds;
• machining workshop;
• hot galvanizing section;
• tool workshop equipped with CNC machines.
The production capacity of the foundries is 500
tons of casts per month. OOO Maidakovsky plant
employs a complete production cycle method,
from designing and manufacturing foundry pat-
tern equipment (including on the basis of the
product sample) to launching a series production
and supply to the customer of finished and paint-
ed products.
The modern equipment and technologies make
it possible to turn out dimensionally sophisticat-
ed products with a steady size, assigned micro-
structure and required plasticity, strength and gas
tightness.
The plant’s central laboratory controls the quality
of materials and finished products at all produc-
tion stages. OOO Maidakovsky plant supplies its
casts with a certificate of quality.
The plant actively participates in social projects,
sponsors events and holidays in the village of
Maidakovo, supports the dancing group of the
Maidakovo school, and takes care of the chil-
dren’s home in the village of Vasilyevskoye.
