Mechanical processing and laser cutting

In 2022, a metal processing facility was estab-
lished based on the MSG holding company.
We offer all the main mechanical processing tech-
nologies (milling, grinding, polishing, drilling, slot-
ting, tempering by high frequency currents), works
with almost all grades of steel and alloy as well as
projects on the basis of individual drawings.
We are also involved in laser cutting technologies
like precise metal and various parts processing.
The end products are finished components of cer-
tain structures and products. In addition, we pos-
sess plasma-aided cutting techniques capable of
cutting thick metals. Besides, we have equipment
that bends metal pieces weighing 30 to 200 tons
and measuring up to 3 meters.
The facility’s hardware includes:
- Skoda W200 milling and boring machine capa-
ble of mechanical processing of large-sized com-
ponents weighing up to 25 tons. The longitudinal
alignment of the machine is 8,000 mm, the verti-
cal is up to 2,000 mm.

• radial drilling machine;
• flat grinding machine;
• high frequency current system;
• 12 kW laser unit with a large cutting table mea-
suring 3x13 m;
• numerically controlled lathe;
• plasma-aided cutting machine;
• portable laser-aided welding and metal clean-
ing.
