Detali Centre is a company supplying lifting
and transportation equipment of various de-
signs and in different component packages. Its
lifting systems are used in metallurgy, foundry,
machine building, construction and other in-
dustries.
The company provides a complete production
cycle: design, manufacture, overhaul, spare
parts production, installation and dismantling
of cranes, crane electrical systems repair, con-
version of cranes to floor-based radio control,
under-crane rails repair, and lifting systems
maintenance.
The Company provides the following services:
• Metal working
Due to the large stock of metal working equip-
ment and highly qualified specialists, the com-
pany can quickly manufacture a product on a
turn-key basis, i.e., from developing a drawing
to assembly and painting of a finished product.
Also, machining orders of any complexity are
fulfilled.
• Overlaying (surfacing)
Restoration of crane wheels (rollers, flanges,
ridges, rolled products, bands) by semiautomat-
ic overlaying (surfacing) using a special wire
that creates a surface layer of desired hardness.
Restoration, repair, overlaying, and weld-on
of crane wheels (rollers, flanges) for traveling,
bridge, and tower cranes. Depending on the
overlaying materials used, the weld-on layer
hardness varies between 25 and 62 HRC.
• Turning and milling
Manufacture of parts (components) based on
a sketch, drawing, or sample from metals (fer-
rous, non-ferrous, stainless) and non-metals
(fluoroplastics, caprolon, polyamide, polyac-
etale, polyoxometalate (POM).
