For 50 years IVCORE (AO Ivanovoizkozh) has
been a leader of the Russian market of the pvc
coated materials. Nowadays it is a company
that embraces a whole technological cycle that
includes the works of all stages from a weav-
ing factory to the final stage of the material
processing.
The produced by IVCORE polymer-coated tech-
nical clothes of up to 3.2 m wide are intended
for the finished products of wide range: vehi-
cle curtains, tent structures (hangars, pavilions,
stalls), flexible bags, roll-down door, boom de-
fenses, sport mates and equipment, building
curtains and a host of other things. The imita-
tion leathers, produced by IVCORE, are used for
upholstery of shelves, seats, railway and metro
passenger compartments, for the producing of
children’s modules, special work clothes, safe
shoes.
The polymer-coated technical clothes pro-
duced by IVCORE are especially required in are-
as where fireworthiness (flammability class Г1
(GOST 30244) and В1 (DIN 4102) and frost-re-
sistance (up to -60°C), chemical resistance,
funginertness and light-resistance of materials
are necessary.
The installed at the place of production Ital-
ian equipment enables IVCORE to issue refined
technical textile compliant with all Russian
and international standards.
