Since 2017 ZAVI Company has manufactured sewn prod-
ucts and first and second layer of knitwear and textiles,
including fabrics of any complexity for men, women and
children.
In addition to production and successful promotion of
its own ZAVI trademark, the Company cooperates with
non-affiliated companies for production of items at any
manufacturing stage.
The production area is 1,300 sq m, including:
• design and development zones:
• cutting and sewing shops;
• wet thermal treatment, quality control and packaging
departments;
• cut fabrics, finished products, and accessories storage
depots;
• office rooms.
Each area of production is fitted with modern dedicat-
ed equipment making it possible to promptly treat the
source materials in compliance with all GOST state stan-
dards.
The production capacity is 250,000 sewn pieces per year.
