The enterprise was initially created as a cheese
factory. Its standard product range includes
semi-hard and processed cheeses and butter.
In 1993, the enterprise became a joint-stock
company. The centralized finance, purchases,
logistics and sales management essentially in-
creased the plant’s output and heightened the
product quality.
In 2014, the enterprise reequipped its pro-
duction facilities to produce import substitute
products (Pasta filata group of cheeses).
Company’s product range:
• Mozzarella (ТМ Filare, Cheese world) group
of cheeses;
• Russian cheese GOLD;
• Ankovsky processed smoked cheese; butter
(72.5%).
The products are produced from natural milk
supplied by large pedigree stockbreeding
farms of Ivanovo region. This undergoes a rig-
id quality control based on the HACCP (hazard
analysis and critical control points) system.
In compliance with the current market require-
ments and according to the import substitution
policy, in 2014 the enterprise put into operation
innovative equipment to produce Mozzarella
cheese for pizza. The technological solutions
and recipes used by OAO Ankovskoye Company
have been developed jointly with Italian spe-
cialists who are professionally engaged in the
design of such technological production lines
all over the world. The steady product quality
is ensured by rigid requirements for raw mate-
rials and their quality control by the own labo-
ratory at all stages of production.
