OOO Privolzhskaya Proizvodstvennaya Kom-
paniya (Privolzhsk Production Company) of-

prices and on short notice. We provide a
complete range of services starting from as-
sistance in choosing the plating type, coating
thickness and surface treatment to applying
the coating and finishing of end product sur-
faces. The coating thickness can be estab-
lished individually following the customer’s
order.
Galvanizing is the applying of a corro-
sion-proof metal onto a surface of less re-
sistant metals by employing the electro-
lytic deposition method. Galvanic coatings
are used with two purposes, decorative and
protective. The coating can be applied on a
product for the first time or for restoring the
previous one.
Before applying the galvanic coating, the
products undergo an extra treatment:
• mechanical cleaning, including thorough
polishing;
• chemical treatment for removing greasy
contaminants and oxides from the surface;
• pickling of the upper layer, creation of mod-
erate surface roughness for high adhesion
between the galvanic layer and the sub-
strate.
On the basis of the enterprise it is possible
to perform such galvanic coatings as rhodium
plating, palladizing, platinizing, and bronze,
gold and silver plating.
