Shuyskiy Textile, LLC

Shuyskiy Textile, LLC, founded in 2012, spe-
cializes in the production of knitted fab-
rics and dyed mercerized yarn for textile
products. It is a leading producer of dyed,
gassed mercerized yarn in Russia, produc-
ing a total of over 1,000 tons of yarn per
year. The volume of finished knitted fabric
production is over 1,500 tons per year.

The technological line consists of high-per-
formance equipment manufactured in Ger-
many and Italy (JAEGGLI-MECCANOTES-
SILE S.R.L. mercerization machines,
MAYER and PAYLUNG circular knitting ma-
chines, BRUECKNER and COMATEX finish-
ing equipment, THEN and BELLINI dyeing
machines).
Technological features of knitting ma-
chines allow to work with exclusive jac-
quard weaves and with fabrics that have
unlimited repeat.

The enterprise has implemented interna-
tional standards UNI ISO9001, high qual-
ity of dyed mercerized yarn has been con-
firmed by international Oeko-Tex standard
100 certificate. At present the enterprise
operates by orders and supplies its prod-
ucts to the markets of Russia and Europe.
